Grant of Options Under Sharesave Scheme

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical device company, announces that four Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") were granted a total of 26,180 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Options") on 20 March 2020, under the Company's Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme").

The Scheme is available to all employees subject to qualifying conditions. The Scheme was introduced to encourage wider employee share ownership of the Company. The Options are exercisable after three years at an exercise price of 55 pence, being a 20 per cent. discount to the closing price on 3 March 2020.
