Awards pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

Empresaria, the global specialist staffing group, announces that today, 30 March 2020, the Remuneration Committee of the Company granted awards in the form of nil cost share options ("Awards"), pursuant to the Company's LTIP, to the following senior executives of the Company over an aggregate 1,808,159 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as follows:

The Awards were made based on a share price of £0.33 per Ordinary Share, being the average quoted closing mid market price of the Company's Ordinary Share on the five trading days from 19 March 2020 to 25 March 2020. The LTIP's performance criteria are based on EPS, PBT and share price performance.

Vesting of the Awards is subject to the achievement of the performance criteria of the LTIP over the holding period to March 2023, following release of the Company's preliminary results for the financial period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
