GlobalData announces that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 21 April 2020 at 10.00 a.m. In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and the enhanced restrictions imposed by the UK Government on 23 March 2020, the Annual General Meeting will be held via conference call. This will safeguard our shareholders' and employees' health and make the Meeting as safe and as efficient as possible.
