2019 annual report available on the Bodycote website to download

Bodycote's 2019 annual report is now available to view and download from the Bodycote website, www.bodycote.com/investors.

The 2020 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') is currently scheduled to be held on 28 May. Owing to the extraordinary global events caused by the Covid-19 virus, and the need to protect people's health, the Board has decided to postpone the issue of the AGM Notice and Form of Proxy until we have greater clarity around the ongoing impact of Covid-19.

It only leaves me to wish shareholders good health at this difficult time for everyone and I look forward to seeing you at the AGM later on in the year.
