B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early stage financial services intermediary businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mr. Nicholas Carter, Non-Executive Director, on 23rd March 2020, purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Nicholas Carter has purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares for a price of 157p per share. As a result of the transaction, Nicholas will have a direct beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares in total, representing approximately 0.05% of the total voting rights of the Company.
