Spectris plc (the 'Company') – 2019 Annual Report and Accounts

Please note that the Spectris plc Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 is now available on the Spectris website at www.spectris.com.

In previous years, the Notice of Annual General Meeting was published on the same day as the Annual Report and Accounts. Given the ongoing and evolving situation with COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, the Company is monitoring the situation in relation to the AGM and will publish separate communications to shareholders in due course.

If you would like to receive an email notification of shareholder communications from the Company, you can register for this on Equiniti's Shareview website at www.shareview.co.uk. This facility is encouraged as a more convenient and prompt method of communication, reducing printing and mailing costs for the Company and also helping to reduce the impact of these activities on the environment. You will be able to revoke your registration or request a printed copy of any shareholder communication at any time.

Please also be aware that a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is available as an alternative to receiving dividends in cash. Full details of the DRIP and an application form are available at www.spectris.com. New applications to participate in the DRIP must be received by the Company's registrars, Equiniti, at least 15 working days before the date of the next dividend payment.
