Delay to announcing Final Results

NAHL (AIM: NAH), the leading consumer marketing and services business focused on the UK legal services market, intended to announce its Final Results on 24 March 2020 however, following guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and AIM, and having consulted with its advisers including the Group's auditors, NAHL will be delaying the publication of its Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2019.

The Group will await further guidance from the FCA and AIM with regard to the timing of the publication of its Final Results.
