The Company was informed on 20 March 2020 that John Hutson, Chief Executive Officer of JD Wetherspoon plc, purchased 12,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of £7.57 pence per share.

Mr Hutson's holding is now 131,953 ordinary shares in the Company.
