AGM Arrangements

Angus Energy plc (AIM: ANGS) will be hosting the AGM as planned on 30 March 2020 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG or at such venue as may be directed therefrom on the day.  Attendance levels are generally well within numbers contemplated as being of concern on health grounds.  Nonetheless we obviously discourage unnecessary travel and in person attendance and recommend the use of postal proxies. 

Angus will aim to arrange a further face to face shareholder meeting within one month of the end of this period of restricted activities and, in the interim, we encourage shareholders to make use of our Investor Questions website for direct enquiries.
