Directors' Share Dealing

19 March 2020 - AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, announces that it was notified on 19 March 2020, that: (i) Dr James Routh, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 2,213 ordinary shares in AB Dynamics at the weighted average price of 901.66p pence per share on 19 March 2020, and (ii) Tony Best, Non-executive Chairman of the Company has purchased 9,000 shares at 950.00p per share on 19 March 2020.

Following the purchase of these shares Dr Routh's interest in the Company will represent 0.01% of the current issued share capital and Tony Best together with his wife Naemi Best remain interested in 5,926,107 ABD ordinary shares, representing 26.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
