Postponement of Annual General Meetings

The Boards of Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 1 plc (GV1O & GV1A) and Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 2 plc (GV2O & GV2A) (the Gresham House VCTs or the VCTs) have now been advised that the venue and facilities for the Annual General Meetings scheduled at 12h00 and 12h30 this afternoon are no longer available.

This decision was taken by JTC (UK) Limited, as the host of the meetings to be held this afternoon, in response to the Prime Minister's latest recommendations to "stop non-essential contact with others and to stop all unnecessary travel."

Accordingly and it is with great reluctance, that that Directors of both VCTs have resolved to postpone the respective Annual General Meetings in terms of the provisions of the Articles of the VCTs.

New Notices of Annual General Meeting will be sent to the respective shareholders in due course in order to convene the Annual General Meetings for a time when the relevant Board considers that it will be safe to be held.
