Revised Date for Announcement of Year end Results

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of TP Group (AIM: TPG), the providers of mission-critical solutions for a more secure world, has reviewed the ongoing preparation and audit of the results for the year ended 31 December 2019 as a result of the worsening Covid-19 pandemic and recent guidance issued by the Financial Reporting Council1. Alongside our auditors, RSM UK Audit LLP, we recognise that additional time may be required to complete financial reporting, particularly in view of the recent travel restrictions imposed which may impact reporting on our new overseas operations. Therefore, the Board has decided to reschedule the Company's planned results publication date to 28 April 2020, subject to any further guidance or restrictions issued by the Government.

As stated on 27 January, the Group expects to report another year of substantial growth in both revenue and adjusted operating profit, with a significant strengthening of the Group's order book2.
