Dividend Declaration

Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the UK REIT that has a diversified portfolio of UK regional commercial real estate in carefully selected locations outside of London, is pleased to announce that it will pay a quarterly dividend, in respect of the three months ended 31 December 2019, of 4.75 pence per ordinary share on 9 April 2020 to shareholders on the register as at 20 March 2020. The dividend payment will comprise a Property Income Distribution (PID) of 2.50 pence, with 2.25 pence paid as an ordinary dividend (Non-PID).
