The Company announces that it has today received a notification of dealings in restricted securities from David Banks, non-executive Chairman of the Company. On 6 March 2020 and 9 March 2020, Mr Banks' SIPP purchased an aggregate of 700,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.601 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Banks' interest in Company is now 1,241,667 Ordinary Shares.
