Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.02p each (the "Shares").

Vesting of Shares

On 7 March 2020 awards over a total of 1,184,476 Shares vested to certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and other employees  (the "Vesting").  On 7 March 2017, the Company (formerly Premier Asset Management Group plc ("Premier")) had announced that nil-cost contingent share rights (the "Retention Awards") had been granted over an aggregate of 1,216,667 Shares in Premier to certain PDMRs and other employees. The Retention Awards had a three year vesting period and were satisfied from Shares held in an Employee Benefit Trust. A Retention Award over 166,666 Shares vested in full to Mike O'Shea, PDMR.

Transfer of Shares

The transfer by Mike O'Shea, PDMR, of 663,313 Shares to a Family Trust account pursuant to an instruction given today.

As a result of the Vesting and Transfer of Shares, Mike O'Shea, Chief Executive Officer, a PDMR of the Company, now holds interests over the following number of Shares in the Company:
