Notice of results and analyst and private investor presentations

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", "Company" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, confirms that it expects to announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2019 on 10 March 2020.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Tuesday 10 March 2020 via conference call. A separate presentation for private and retail investors will be held at 4.30 p.m. on Tuesday 10 March 2020 at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.
