The Board announces that it has posted a Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) to shareholders. 

The AGM will be held at 50 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6LX on Monday 23rd March 2020 at 4.00 pm. The Notice of AGM contains details of all resolutions to be proposed at the AGM.
