NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Ground Rents Income Fund plc (the 'Company') announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019, together with the notice of Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at http://www.groundrentsincomefund.com/.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's registered office, 1 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU at 12.00 noon on Monday, 23 March 2020.
