Update - Solomon Islands Investment

The Company announced on 4 December 2019, that it had (1) purchased a 7.76% stake in Kolosori Nickel Limited ("Kolosori") for a consideration of £45,000 and (2) that the Company had been granted an option to purchase a further 22.33% interest in Kolosori for £135,000.

Kolosori owns the nickel prospecting licence PL05/19 over the Kolosori Prospect in the Solomon Islands.

The Company announces that it will not exercise the option over Kolosori as the option has been agreed to have expired.

Kolosori's full legal name is Kolosori Nickel (SI) Limited and not Kolosori Nickel Limited as previously referred to.
