PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 21 February 2020 it purchased 22,753 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 145.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 96,080,176 ordinary shares in issue.
