DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, announces that the Company has received notification that Reg Gott, Executive Chairman of Filtronic, has purchased 100,940 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.895 pence per Ordinary Share on 7 February 2020. As a result of the purchase, Reg Gott and related parties have an interest in 455,369 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company has also received notification that Danielle Tyerman, wife of Michael Tyerman, Chief Financial Officer of Filtronic, has purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.14 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 February 2020. As a result of the purchase, Michael Tyerman and related parties have an interest in 71,182 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
