Result of Annual General Meeting

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today at the Company's registered office at Eastgate Court, High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DE, all the proposed resolutions were passed on a show of hands.

The number of proxy votes lodged in advance of the meeting for each of the resolutions are as noted in the table below:
