Voting Rights and Capital

Treatt's capital consists of 60,170,670 ordinary shares with voting rights. The number of shares held in the Employee Benefit Trust and Treatt SIP Trustees, under which voting rights are waived, is 747,504.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt is 59,423,166.

The above figure (59,423,166) corrects the total voting rights figure given in the Company's Results of AGM announcement, dated 31 January 2020 (RNS Number: 6425B), and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
