PID dividend

Ground Rents Income Fund plc, a listed real estate investment trust (REIT) investing in UK ground rents, announces an interim PID dividend for the period from 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019 of 0.99 pence per ordinary share:

Ex-Dividend Date - 6 February 2020

Record Date - 7 February 2020

Payment Date - 28 February 2020

The change from a rate of 0.98 pence per share to 0.99 pence per share is intended to equalise the level of the dividends paid throughout the year.
