Change of Adviser and Notice of Results

ldox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management software and solutions to the public and asset intensive sectors, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Peel Hunt LLP to act as the Company's Nominated Advisor and sole corporate broker with effect from 23 January 2020.

The Group expects to announce its results for the twelve months ended 31 October 2019 on 11 February 2020.

An analyst presentation, hosted by David Meaden, Chief Executive Officer and Rob Grubb, Chief Financial Officer, will be held at 9.30am on Tuesday, 11th February 2020, at the offices of MHP Communications, located at 6 Agar Street, London, WC2N 4HN.  Please email Idox@mhpc.com if you wish to register your interest in attending.
