It is hereby informed that OGDCL Board of Directors in its 219th meeting held on January 21, 2020 has approved the appointment of Mr. Shahid Salim Khan as Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer in place of Dr. Naseem Ahmad.

2.       The appointment of Mr. Shahid Salim Khan will be for a period of three years to be reckoned from the date of his joining. Mr. Shahid Salim Khan will assume the duties of the office of MD/CEO on January 27, 2020.

3.       You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
