Admission to listing on the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange

and appointment of Peterhouse Capital as Joint Broker

Cobra Resources plc (LSE: COBR) (the "Company") announces that its entire issued share capital of 153,747,138 ordinary shares (the constituent elements of which are set out below) has today been admitted to the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc under the TIDM "COBR". The Company's ISIN is GB00BGJW5255 and its SEDOL code is BGJW525 (which are unchanged from the ISIN and SEDOL under which the Company's shares were previously admitted and traded).  

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Peterhouse Capital Limited as joint broker to the Company.

The Placing was arranged by SI Capital Limited and Peterhouse Capital Limited, as Joint Brokers, with ordinary shares also being placed via the MINEXIA NR Private Market Platform.

The 153,747,138 ordinary shares admitted to the standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc to comprise 67,233,532 Existing Ordinary Shares; 61,330,000 Placing Shares; 10,058,224 Initial Consideration Shares; 6,066,632 First Reimbursement Shares; 5,818,750 Fee Shares (issued to directors in lieu of fees); and 3,240,000 Ordinary shares issued to consultants in lieu of cash payments (as the Placing Price of 1p per share). The Company has accordingly raised gross cash proceeds of £613,330 and settled £90,587 of immediate cash liabilities in shares.
