Result of Annual General Meeting

15th January 2020 - AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of AB Dynamics, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As announced on 27 November 2019, Bryan Smart retired from the Board at the AGM and the Chairman expressed his thanks to Bryan for his support and contribution to the development of the Group.
