Annual Report

The Annual Report of Highway Capital plc in respect of the year ended 28 February 2013 (including the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy) has been published and posted to shareholders. 

A copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Annual Report will shortly be available for viewing on the Company's website, www.highwaycapital.co.uk.

Change of listing category on the Official List

Following the passing of the Resolution at the General Meeting on 12 June 2013, the Company's Ordinary Shares have been transferred out of the category of a "premium listing (commercial company)" on the Official List and into the category of a "standard listing (shares)" on the Official List.

Unless otherwise defined, terms in this announcement have the defined meaning given to them in the circular which was sent to shareholders on 20 May 2013.
