Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

Following the issue of shares on 11 July 2013 NewRiver's share capital consists of 67,336,435 ordinary shares of no par value each, of which 624,000 are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares, is therefore 66,712,435.

The above figure (66,712,435) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NewRiver under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
