Grant of new Share Options

On 10 July 2013 the Company received notification that the Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below had been granted the following share options on 8 July 2013 by the Trustee of  the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("the Trustee") at nil cost.
