Notice of cancellation of listing of £150m 10 ¾ per cent. Redeemable Debenture Stock 2013

Further to the announcement on 3 June 2013, British Sugar plc confirms that the listing of the Redeemable Debenture Stock 2013 on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and its admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange have been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today, 2 July 2013.
