The Company has been advised that, on 25th June 2013, Oryx International Growth Fund Limited disposed of 75,000 ordinary shares at a price of £2.85 per Ordinary Share.

Pursuant to DTR3.1.4, the Company wishes to notify that Oryx International Growth Fund Limited is connected to Mr Christopher Mills, a Director of the Company, whose current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
