TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

As at 28 June 2013, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 149,406,640 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 149,406,640.

The above figure of 149,406,640 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
