The Company announces that it was notified today that following the purchase today of 68,947 shares, Guy Naggar's beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the company is 270,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, equivalent to 5.08 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company of that class.

At the same time the Company was notified that following the sale today of 68,947 shares, Acacia Pension Scheme no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
