Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2013 and Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting

Norcros plc ("Norcros" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013 and the 2013 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Norcros announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2013 on 13 June 2013.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website by accessing: www.norcros.com 

The 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on 24 July 2013 at Norcros plc, Ladyfield House, Station Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire, England SK9 1BU.
