Convertible Preference Share Dividend

The Directors of the Company confirm that the first quarterly payment of the preference dividend in respect of the Convertible Preference Shares will be made on 30 September 2013 in respect of the period from (and excluding) the date of issue on 24 May 2013 to (and including) 30 September 2013.

The record date for the payment of the preference dividend for all Convertible Preference Shares will be 6 September 2013 with an ex-dividend date of 4 September 2013.

The Convertible Preference Shares will be entitled to a gross dividend of 0.70 pence per Convertible Preference Share for this period.
