MAVEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT 4 PLC  

On 19 June 2013, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 50,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 85.88p per share and 30,000 of its C Ordinary shares at 87.75p.

Following this transaction the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 26,353,172 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 3,998,876 C Ordinary shares of 10p each and, therefore, the number of voting shares in the Company is 30,352,048.
