Result of the Annual General Meeting

The Board is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions that were put to the Annual General Meeting held on 19 June 2013 were duly passed by the shareholders.

The Company's auditors, BDO LLP, expressed a qualified opinion on the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012.

At the meeting the Chairman stated that the Company has received a statement from BDO LLP, pursuant to Section 837(4) of the Companies Act 2006 which states that in their opinion the subject matter of the qualification is not material for determining by reference to the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2012, whether any distribution proposed by the Company under Section 830 and Section 831 of the Companies Act 2006 is permitted.

Dividends will be paid on 5 July 2013, to shareholders on the register on 7 June 2013.
