Results of Annual General Meeting

Trinity, the leading independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, held its Annual General Meeting for shareholders today at 9:30 a.m. in London.

All resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed by the requisite majority and were voted by a show of hands.

Proxy appointments were received from holders of 47,700,173 shares, representing 50.32% of the issued share capital. The proxy votes received in respect of each resolution are detailed below:
