Dividend Declaration

CML Microsystems Plc ("CML") has announced today that the Board, having considered the trading improvement made along with the current outlook, has stated it was recommending payment of a final dividend of 5.5p per ordinary share (2012: 4.0p per ordinary share) to be paid on 2 August 2013.  The record date for this payment will be 21 June 2013, not 20 June 2013 as announced previously.
