Transaction in Own Shares

Volvere plc announces that on 11 June 2013 it acquired 6,513 ordinary shares of GBP0.0000001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 280 pence per share. These Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 1,486,283 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares) and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 4,717,791 Ordinary Shares.
