At the AGM and GM of the Company, both of which were held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

Pursuant to the resolutions passed at today's GM and as detailed in the circular sent to shareholders on 8 May 2013, with effect from 8:00 a.m. on 11 June 2013, the Company's share capital will comprise 5,407,155 ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the ISIN GB00B86TNX04.
