Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 7 June 2013 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 6,216 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 960 and 965 pence per Ordinary Share on 7 June 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 22,713,627 Ordinary Shares (53.17%).
