Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sound Oil has been notified that Andrew Hockey, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, today purchased  30,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.34 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Mr Hockey's beneficial interest in the Company is now 42,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
