Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Iofina, a specialist in the exploration and production of iodine and specialty chemical iodine derivatives, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy. Both the Annual Report and the Notice and related documents are available on the Company's website www.iofina.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Grange City Hotel, 8-14 Cooper's Row, London EC3N 2BQ on Wednesday 19 June 2013 at 10.30 a.m.
