British Land announces that Richard Pym will be standing down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on a date to be agreed, following his new appointment as Chair of The Co-operative Banking Group and The Co-operative Bank.
John Gildersleeve, Chairman, said: "We are sorry to see the departure of Richard and thank him for his contribution as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of our Audit Committee. We wish him well in his new role with The Co-operative Bank".
