Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that on 31 May 2013 Simon Vivian, a director of the Company, sold  800,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.5p per Ordinary Share.  Following this transaction Mr. Vivian holds 2,644,445 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.28% of the Total Voting Rights in the Company.

The Company further announces that on 31 May 2013 Peter Tom CBE, a director of the Company, purchased 600,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26.75p per Ordinary Share.  Following this transaction Mr. Tom now holds 35,566,665 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.75% of the Total Voting Rights in the Company.
