Disposal of Heavy Trucks business

Vertu Motors plc, the fast growing automotive retailer with a network of 92 sales and aftersales outlets across the UK, announces that, further to its announcement made on 13 May 2013, it has completed the sale of the trade and certain assets of its three heavy truck operations, which comprise the Iveco sales and aftersales outlets in Bristol, Swindon and Gloucester, to Aquila Truck Centres (Italia) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aquila Group (UK) Limited.

Manufacturer partners are Alfa Romeo, Chrysler Jeep, Citroen, Fiat, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault/Dacia, SEAT, Suzuki, Vauxhall and Volvo.

Vertu Motors was established in November 2006 and listed on AIM in December 2006, with the strategy to consolidate the UK motor retail sector. It is intended that the Group will continue to acquire motor retail

operations to grow a scaled dealership group. The Group's acquisition strategy is supplemented by a focused organic growth strategy to drive operational efficiencies through its national dealership network.

The Group currently operates 91 franchised sales outlets and 1 non-franchised sales operation from 74

locations across the UK.
