Renold announces that Mark Harper, Non-Executive-Chairman, notified the Company on 1 June 2013 of the following purchase of ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  The shares were purchased by Mandy Jane Harper, a connected person of Mark Harper:
